Legal & Policies
The agreements and disclosures that govern your use of Zakura: terms, payments and refunds, privacy, cookies, risk, and who we are.
Terms of Service
By accessing Zakura you agree to use the platform and its indicators for lawful trading and research purposes only. Indicators are provided “as is” without warranty of profitability. You remain solely responsible for the trades on your account, including any that Auto-Trade places while you have it switched on.
Who can use Zakura
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Zakura is not for children, and you may not use it where trading or the services described here are against the law.
Your account
- Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
- Give accurate details and keep your password and sign-in methods safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account. Opening extra accounts to repeat a free trial or a referral reward is not allowed.
- Rebate eligibility depends on your connected broker’s terms.
Plans and payment
Zakura has a Free plan and paid PRO and Premium plans. Prices are shown in US dollars on the Pricing page, and the amount shown at checkout is the full amount — Zakura adds no fees on top. If your bank account is not in US dollars, your bank may convert the amount at its own rate. Paid plans are bought as a one-off payment by KHQR for one month or twelve months, start when the payment is confirmed, and end on their own: nothing renews or charges you again automatically. The free 14-day Premium trial is for accounts moved under our partner ID with a funded broker account; it ends by itself and never charges you. Refunds are covered in Payments & Refunds below.
What we provide, and what we do not
Signals, indicators, AI reads and lessons are information tools. They can be wrong, late or unavailable, and AI output in particular can contain mistakes. We do not promise any result, profit, win rate or uninterrupted service. We may change, improve or remove tools, rates and features; if we remove a main feature of a paid plan during a period you have paid for, Payments & Refunds explains what you are owed.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell or republish our signals, indicators, lessons or AI output.
- Do not scrape the site, reverse-engineer it, attack it, or try to reach accounts or data that are not yours.
- Do not abuse trials, coupons, referral rewards or payments.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. You can stop using Zakura and delete your account at any time.
Our content
The site, its indicators, signals, lessons and branding belong to Zakura. You may use them for your own trading and learning; downloaded indicators are licensed to you personally and may not be shared.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Zakura is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from your use of the site, its signals or Auto-Trade, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the bottom of this page changes when we do, and a significant change is announced on the site before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Broker independence
Zakura is an independent Introducing Broker (IB) partner. It is not owned or operated by, and is not an agent of, any broker. Our signals and analysis tools are Zakura’s own products, not the broker’s.
Rebates are paid from the partner commission the broker shares with us for clients registered under our Partner ID. They are not deposits, bonuses or investment returns, and every figure shown on this site is an estimate until the broker confirms the commission for your account.
Nothing on this site is investment advice or a solicitation to trade. Signals and indicators are informational tools; whether and how to trade is your decision alone.
Payments & Refunds
Every plan is a one-off payment. Nothing renews automatically, so there is never a subscription to cancel and you are never charged without paying a new KHQR yourself.
Money back within 24 hours
Changed your mind? Email support@zakurafx.com within 24 hours of paying, with the payment reference shown at checkout, and we refund the full amount — monthly or yearly, no reason needed. The plan is removed from your account when the refund is made.
After 24 hours
After 24 hours a paid plan is not refundable, except in these cases:
- You paid and the plan was not applied to your account — we apply it, or refund the payment in full if you prefer.
- You paid twice for the same thing, or paid more than the price shown — we refund the extra.
- We permanently remove a main feature of your paid plan, or it is unavailable through our fault for more than 3 days in a row, during a period you have paid for — we extend your plan for the time lost or, if you prefer, refund the unused part of that period.
For these cases, email support@zakurafx.com within 30 days of the payment with the payment reference. We answer every refund request within 24 hours, and an approved refund is sent back to the account that paid. Deleting your account does not refund any remaining paid time. Rebates are paid by the broker programme and are not a payment to us, so this policy does not cover them.
Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the consumer protection law of Cambodia.
Privacy Policy
Zakura (zakurafx.com), run from Cambodia, is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions and requests go to support@zakurafx.com. We collect only what we need to run your account, pay your rebates and keep the site secure, and personal fields are encrypted at rest in our hosted database.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email and password (stored only as a one-way hash), or the name, email and picture Google or Telegram gives us when you sign in with them.
- Profile details you choose to add: username, Telegram handle, phone, country and photo.
- Broker details: the trading account numbers and broker email you give us, the trading volume the partner programme reports for them, and — only if you connect Auto-Trade — your trading key, encrypted.
- Partner requests: the screenshots, notes and account numbers you send, encrypted.
- Payments: plan, amount, date and payment reference. We never see or store your bank card, banking app or bank login.
- Security: your last 10 sign-ins (IP address encrypted, browser and platform), your signed-in devices and your passkeys’ public keys.
- Use of the tools: drawings, layouts, journal, alert settings, AI usage counts, and chart images you upload for an AI read.
- Messages you send through the contact form, and — if you switch them on — your browser’s push subscription or the Telegram chat you link for alerts.
How we use it
To run your account and plan, verify your broker account and calculate rebates, send the signals and alerts you ask for, answer you, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing email.
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.
- To verify your trading account and calculate your rebate, we check the account number you give us, and the email you signed in with, against the records of our partner broker, and read that account’s trading volume. Nothing else is shared with the broker.
- Zakura never asks for or stores your broker account password. If you connect Auto-Trade, the trading key you create in your broker’s Personal Area is stored encrypted, is never shown back to any browser, and is erased when you disconnect it here; you can also revoke it in your broker’s Personal Area at any time.
- When you create an account, its details (name, email, Telegram, phone, country, device, referral and broker status) are sent to the site owner’s private Telegram so we can help you get set up. They are not posted anywhere public.
Services that process data for us
We use these providers to run the site; each receives only what its job needs: Supabase (database), Vercel and Railway (hosting and servers), Cloudflare (bot check on forms, and support email routing), Resend (sign-in and security emails), Anthropic (AI chart reads — the image and question you send), Google and Telegram (only if you sign in with them; Telegram also carries alerts), TradingView (only if you choose its chart), the National Bank of Cambodia’s Bakong system (KHQR payments), and our partner broker (account verification and Auto-Trade). Some of them store data outside Cambodia, under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept while your account exists, and sign-in history is cut to the latest 10 entries as it goes. When your account is deleted, your profile, sign-in history, devices, passkeys, saved work, alert settings, Auto-Trade link and trading key, partner-request details and contact messages are erased. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires, without your profile. Our hosting providers keep their own short-lived server logs.
Your rights
- See and correct your details in Dashboard → Account.
- Delete your account and its data yourself in Dashboard → Account → Delete my account, or ask by email at support@zakurafx.com.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or object to how we use it, by email. We answer within 30 days.
- Switch off push notifications and Telegram alerts at any time, and ask us never to contact you on Telegram again.
Children
Zakura is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a child, we delete it; a parent or guardian who believes this has happened can write to support@zakurafx.com.
Security and emails
Traffic is encrypted, passwords are hashed, and personal fields and trading keys are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell you. The only emails we send are for your account — sign-up and sign-in codes, password resets and security notices — which is why they carry no unsubscribe link. If we ever send newsletters or offers, they will need your opt-in and will carry an unsubscribe link.
Data Retention & Deletion
This is how long each kind of record is kept. It describes what the system does today. Where nothing deletes a record, we say so.
How long each record is kept
- Account — profile, linked sign-in methods, saved charts, journal and alert settings: kept while the account exists, and erased when it is deleted.
- Sign-in records — your latest 10 sign-ins (IP address encrypted, browser and platform); older ones are dropped as new ones are added. Your signed-in devices are kept while the account exists, at most 2 at a time, and your session cookie lasts 7 days.
- Broker-account records — the trading account numbers you give us, the trading volume the partner programme reports for them, and the Auto-Trade link: kept while the account exists. Disconnecting Auto-Trade deletes the stored trading key at once; the bot’s trade history is kept until the account is deleted.
- Partner requests — when the account is deleted, the screenshots, notes, phone number and account numbers on a request are erased. The request row itself stays in our records: its number, status and dates, plus the name, email and Telegram handle on it, which stay encrypted.
- Payment records — a paid payment is kept with no end date, as our receipt and accounting record, under an internal account number and without your name or email. A payment request that was never paid is removed after about 90 days. Deleting your account does not remove paid records.
- Contact messages — kept until you delete your account or ask us to erase them; deleting the account erases the messages sent from its email address.
- Chart images you send for an AI read — used for that read and not stored by Zakura.
- Server logs — kept by our hosting providers under their own periods; Zakura sets none.
Asking for deletion
- Yourself, at once: Dashboard → Account → Delete my account. You confirm with your account email, and with your password if the account has one.
- By email: write to support@zakurafx.com from the address on your account. We complete the deletion within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
- Deleting your Zakura account does not touch your broker account or the data the broker holds. Ask the broker about that.
Services that hold data for us
Records are stored and processed by these providers, each receiving only what its job needs: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Railway (servers), Cloudflare (bot check and support email routing), Google and Telegram (only if you sign in with them; Telegram also carries alerts), and Exness (account verification and Auto-Trade). Each keeps data under its own policy and period, and some store it outside Cambodia. The full list is in the Privacy Policy above.
Cookie Policy
Zakura uses only cookies the site needs to work: to keep you signed in, remember your language, complete a Google or Telegram sign-in, and credit the member whose invite link you used. We do not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of. Charts embedded from TradingView may set their own cookies under TradingView’s policy, and only when you choose that chart.
- Session cookie (rak_session, 7 days) — keeps you authenticated.
- Preference cookie (locale, 1 year) — remembers your language.
- Referral cookie (zk_ref, 30 days) — records which member invited you, so they can be credited.
- Sign-in cookies (g_state, tg_state, tg_nonce, tg_verifier, tg_next, 10 minutes) — protect a Google or Telegram sign-in while it completes, then are deleted.
- Bot check — Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the sign-up, sign-in, contact and password-reset forms to stop automated abuse, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Interface choices such as a dismissed banner or a terminal layout are kept in your browser’s own storage and never leave your device. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time; you will be signed out.
Risk Disclosure
Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Past performance of any indicator, signal or simulation is not indicative of future results.
Before deciding to trade, carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk appetite. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment; do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.
Auto-Trade (Premium)
When you link your broker account and switch Auto-Trade on, Zakura’s server places orders on that account for you, without asking before each trade, using the trading key you created. It takes only the signals the desk’s bot settings select (shown in the Bot tab), not every signal the desk publishes. Those are on XAUUSD (gold) by default; they can also be on BTCUSD, ETHUSD, EURUSD, XAGUSD, USOIL and USTECH when the desk has switched those symbols on and you have armed Auto-Trade under the current confirm (an account armed earlier stays on XAUUSD until it is armed again). It sends them as market orders: each carries the signal’s stop loss and take profit, and is sized by the risk setting the desk chooses for every account, shown in the Bot tab (outside XAUUSD, by percent or money at risk, never a fixed lot), and never risks more than 5% of the account at the stop. It opens nothing while the account already holds 3 open positions (trades you opened yourself count too, and the positions of one AI desk gold trade, described below, count together as one, whether they came from a split of your own or from the earlier default split), holds at most one trade per symbol per direction, opens no new trade once the desk’s daily trade cap for the UTC day is reached or while your equity is down by the desk’s daily loss limit from its last reading on the previous UTC day (or its first reading that day, if there was none), and skips a trade rather than round it up to the minimum lot. An AI desk gold trade opens as one position of the full sized lot, with its take profit at TP1 and the signal’s stop loss, which the bot does not move. A trade opened earlier under the previous 50% / 25% / 25% split keeps its own positions and take profits at the broker, so more than 3 positions can be open at once. If you save your own TP split in the Bot tab (where that option is shown), it is used on gold instead of this default. Your own split needs a free position for each of its parts under the 3-position limit, and here every open position counts, each leg of a split included; without room the trade opens as one position at TP1. A lot too small to split opens as one position at TP1, and so does any trade the split does not cover, such as a trade on another symbol. The bot skips an AI desk trade when, at the price the order would fill at, TP1 is nearer than the stop loss, or when there is no live price to check that against. It is not a managed account and not copy trading: it trades only on your own account and only while you keep it switched on. Switching it off stops new orders; it does not close positions already open, so manage those in your broker app. The Bot tab’s “Close all” closes every open position on the linked account, including trades you opened yourself, and works only while Auto-Trade is switched on for that account. Disconnecting deletes the stored key, and you can revoke the key in your broker’s Personal Area at any time. The trading key it uses can place and close trades but cannot deposit or withdraw money. A market order fills at the price when it reaches the broker, which can differ from the signal’s entry, and a stop loss can fill worse than its level in fast markets or gaps, so a loss can be larger than planned. Automated trades lose money exactly as manual ones do, past results do not predict future ones, and every trade is at your risk.
Auto-Trade
Auto-Trade is order routing that you switch on. While it is on, Zakura’s server sends the orders for the signals the desk’s bot takes to your own linked broker account, using the trading key you created. It is not a managed account and it is not copy trading: Zakura does not hold or pool your money, and orders go only to your own account.
- Switching it off is always allowed, on any plan and at any time. It stops new orders straight away.
- Positions that are already open stay open until their SL or TP is reached, or until you close them in your broker app. Switching Auto-Trade off does not close them. A part that has no take-profit keeps only its original stop-loss. Auto-Trade never moves that stop, whether it is on or off.
- Disconnecting deletes the trading key we store. That key can place and close trades, but it cannot deposit or withdraw money.
- Auto-Trade is part of the Premium plan.
- An order can fill at a different price from the signal, and a loss can be larger than planned. The full limits and risks are in the Risk Disclosure above, under Auto-Trade (Premium).
Performance Claims
Any result Zakura shows in public — on the homepage, on the Track Record page or in a post — is counted by one method, the ledger method.
- A signal is written down with its entry, stop and first target before the outcome is known.
- It is scored against the candles that follow. Whichever of the published stop or the published first target the market touches first decides the result.
- A candle that reaches both is recorded as undecided, never as a win.
- No row is removed or changed because of how it ended. The record keeps the most recent 400 signals per chart, and says so.
- The homepage shows the same numbers as the Track Record page.
Results are measured on the signals the desk published, not on any member’s own account, where fills, spread and timing differ. Past results do not predict future ones.
Conflict of Interest
Zakura earns more when the accounts it refers trade more volume. The broker shares part of the commission it earns on that volume with us. This is how the site is paid, and it gives us a reason to want you to trade more.
A rebate is a share of the broker’s commission. It is not a payment from Zakura, and it does not depend on whether your trades win or lose. We do not pay rebates for winning.
Because of this, treat everything published here as information, not advice, and never trade more than you can afford to lose in order to reach a higher rebate level.
Complaints
If something is wrong, write to support@zakurafx.com. Tell us what happened and the email of your account, and for a payment, the payment reference.
- We confirm that we have received your complaint within 3 business days.
- We aim to give you a final answer within 14 days of receiving it. If we need more time, we tell you why and when to expect an answer.
- Refund requests keep their own, faster timeline in Payments & Refunds: an answer within 24 hours.
If our answer does not solve it, you can ask us for a written final answer that states what we decided and why. You can then take the matter to the competent consumer authority in Cambodia. Your rights under the consumer protection law of Cambodia are not limited by this policy or by anything in these terms.
